This is the true story of LTC (RET) Brian Birdwell who had 60 percent of his body burned when the terrorists crashed a plane into the Pentagon on 9/11 only 15 to 20 yards away from where Brian was. Brian and Mel detail his miraculous survival, his long and painful recovery, and how their faith in Christ enabled them to get through this ordeal. It is very moving to read this, and very inspiring. God gave them remarkable faith, and they are now able to help others and point them to God's love and grace.
