Cannelloni is a rectangular pasta sheet rolled with a filling. Sometimes cannelloni refers to a cooked crepe. Usually when I've gotten it, it's been stuffed with a mixture of beef and veal. Cannelloni is a rectangular pasta sheet rolled with a filling. Sometimes cannelloni refers to a cooked crepe. Usually when I've gotten it, it's been stuffed with a mixture of beef and veal.
