Quesadilla--tortilla with cheese melted inside. Such a simple concept, but so delicious. I like lots of stuff in a quesadilla. My mom makes the best ones and puts cheese, bacon, onion, cilantro, and tomato in them. Then it's topped with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. Second to my mom's quesadillas are the ones at Lotawata Creek, a restaurant in the area. Those are pretty yummy.Monday, January 21, 2008

Quesadilla--tortilla with cheese melted inside. Such a simple concept, but so delicious. I like lots of stuff in a quesadilla.
