I love cheese--all kinds including American, Swiss, Cheddar, Muenster, Edam, Blue, Gorgonzola, etc. I like cheese by itself (or with crackers), and also like it on burgers, sandwiches and so on. One of my favorite cheeses now is Gjetost, a Norwegian cheese ("nuts, caramel, and a hint of sweet"). Good stuff. My grandma didn't like cheese, and I never understood that. How can you not like cheese??
