17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.I have often written Proverbs 17:17 in cards I've given to friends. This is a beautiful friendshippy verse, and I do strive to be that friend who loves at all times. Of course as sinful human beings, we don't love each other perfectly. Christ is the only friend Who loves perfectly. I am so thankful for Him. And I'm thankful for the many friends God has blessed me with and for the honor of being able to be their friend.
