Avocado of course is the main ingredient in guacamole. Adding tomato, onion, and maybe some cilantro and peppers is good. But a key to really good guacamole is lime juice. I can make some decent guacamole. And Casa Gallardo makes an outstanding table side guacamole. Oh, and Trader Joe's sells a great Guaca-Salsa!

Guacamole
