Top of the Riverfront

This is a revolving restaurant located on the 28th floor of the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis. It’s weird at first moving, but the movement is very slow and you get a great panoramic view of the city and the Arch. It’s gorgeous at night looking out over all the lights. The food is great—wonderful appetizers like the mushrooms or crabcakes. Great lobster bisque. And the Tuttomare is great for an entre. And an incredible dessert cart! Awesome place for the food and the atmosphere!
