Popcorn Balls

What a delicious snack (and low in calories)! I love popcorn, and popcorn balls which have some kind of sugary component/glaze to them are really good. Act II sells popcorn balls before Halloween, so I always try to get some in the Fall each year. I've heard homemade are way better, so I'll have to make some sometime.
